As the title, search Web-Hosting with server in Germany. (NO SERVER DEDICATED-NO VPS SERVER)

I must register a domain .COM contents on the Forex, trading online, borse ecc....

For the moment i need a little space not more to 100mb.

I wish the following characteristics for me obligatory:

- IP Location my web site: France
- IP DEDICATED
- Protection WHOIS
- Custom error pages
- The option to install BLOG WORDPRESS
- Statistics Webs professional
- And if it is possible Anonymous FTP, otherwise can renounce this characteristic.

A little strage requirments. You can not get German Server with IP in France.
