Can I have a virtual number with an area code latinoamerican receiving the calls in an asterisk server in USA?, the solution could be asigning some SIP number, in this virtual number

I dont want receive the calls in a conventional phone number because this will increase the costs

Are you know some provider selling virtual numbers asigning some SIP number? o anyother option

The virtual number is get a number for example of aguascalientes, mexico without I live in that city, or without I have a physical line in that city

The virtual number could have like area code 449, like anyother physical line of that city

But i have been answer for in various providers of virtual number and they can not asign some SIP number

Almost all providers put a "follow me" to another physical line, I want receive the calls in a asterisk server

How Can I do it?, What provider can do it?
