SellWHM welcome email not sent
Hi,
I ordered a vps from sellwhm on the 24th, and i still have not received a welcome email. I know for a fact my order was accepted, and not marked as fraud, as ralph told me over live chat he was setting it up. He told me i would receive the welcome email after cpanel was installed; which i was told should take roughly 45mins.
Later that day, when i had still not received the welcome email, i popped and live chat and was told Ralph would be contacted asking to send the email. When i still had not received it later that night, i submitted a ticket. I went to check it the next day, to find their ticket system changed, and my login didnt work.
I went on livechat, and was told that i would receive details for the ticket system (which i still have not received), i then asked about my server, and was initially told a server had had a hardrive failure, which was why my domain wasnt resolving, and told i would be refunded on a pro-rata basis for downtime. Later on in that chat, when i asked what will happen when my server comes back up, and will i be liable for a refund for lost time, i was told my server was in fact not down, i was just waiting for a welcome email.
Is 2 days a long time to wait for a vps?
Im not very happy with the service i have received so far, and hope writing hear will get Ralph's attention. is there anything else i can do? as the ticket system isnt working, and im based out in the UK, so cant really phone, and livechat dont seem to communicate with each other.

It is a long wait, but I can assure you that Ralph will sort this out once he sees this thread as I have have dealt with him in the pas and he is a great guy.

He is currently away, on his Yahoo/MSN, I told him that you're waiting for your VPS since 2 Days,
Im sure when he comes back, he will respond to you.

Have you checked your spam filters or spam box? I suspect that the email got "lost".
I've been with SellWHM for about two months now. I originally got a VPS1 just to play around, but have been very pleasantly surprised. Except for some server issues right at the beginning, I have had no downtime and great network speed. I'll eventually move more stuff over.

I have been with SellWHM for 3(or more) Months, he is a great guy to deal with, always ready to help and fix issues.
The servers are fast and reliable.
You dont need to worry about it, he will be here soon.

The problem was I thought my techs took care of it and I guess it wasn't the case. I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused. We'll give you compensation if you wish.

"If you wish"? Love it - methinks he'll wish  Anyhow, you're alright.
Hey Ralph, good to see you here. Gotta admit that as time goes by, I like my VPS more and more. It started out as a playground for me, but I'm going to start using it more.

Hey,
Thanks all for your help, i really appreciate it 
Ive now managed to contact Ralph via livechat on their website, and have been given the vps information 
Id like to clarify, after the initial mixup, everything seems good and Ralph is being very helpful
