We would like to know if anyone can help us to get into the Voip support industry. We have sucessfully installed asterisk and made it running but the configuration part still kinda cofusing for us. We have also installed voiceone.it to have a GUI for asterisk server.

We need help of someone who is already providing Voip service so that we get more of live experience with actual functioning.

After Fonality has taken over trixbox they removed their wonderful flash tutorials from their site

We will be greatly obliged to those who can help us, and you can expect any sort of help from our end too.

I provide support for Asterisk etc and guess the best way to learn is just the same as with anything else - setup it up, sign up with a whole bunch of voip service providers and play around with it.

I've never actually used voiceone but FreePBX is great, making it fairly straight forward to configure extensions, voicemail, IVRs calling groups etc.

Let me know if you need any specific advice.
