We are under dos I think. There are tons of apache requests etc.. My control panel is Plesk and still looking for someone with best offer (server is running non-profit websites)

wow.. 253, thats just crazy. Are you sure its not a site with alot of traffic on a slow box? what kind of box is it? You should take care of that asap because it can kill your box.

Can you check with your DC if they can place your server Ip behind firewall till the attack subsidies, Most of the DC provide this service free of charge.
