I'm looking to replace my current design @ www.JWeb2.com (it was edited from an open source theme). I'm looking for a design that fits with my WHMCS layout (www.jweb2.com/client/) but with a different background that would fit better with my header.

Things I don't want: A design that is "busy" or "loud".

I want the layout to be organized and I want the colors to be simple and basic (nothing to bright or flashy). Looking for mostly HTML/PHP(CSS preferred but not required) and minimal Javascript and Flash if any at all.

I do not have a specific budget in mind but price will be based on quality and time frame.
