Providing a Budget could also be quite useful

Reseller Control Panel
cPanel? Plesk? Direct Admin?

Domain Reseller Account
I have used WHMCS Domain Reseller Service, Excellent I must say.

Integrated Billing.
Do you mean some sort of Billing Software, WHMCS, Client Exec?

Amount

Hi,

I forget to add amount, it could be around $25 per month.

Control panel can be Cpanel/Plesk, as I want both OS.

Integrated billing means - WHMCS or H Sphere

Which host do you suggest?

Why not just stick with a Windows OS, it supports both ASP.Net and PHP. Dual OS won't work with cPanel, I believe the ONLY control panel that supports dual OS is H-Sphere.

HI,

I personally believe that what services Linux(Apache) can provide, IIS can not provide those.

So I want to have best of both worlds.

Please guys post links or reviews.

Thanks

There are some other options; but i believe these go far above the OP's budget.
But maybe the OP could also look for 2 reseller packages one for windows and one for linux.

It is possible to configure Windows with Apache. Plesk, did this for a number of years before going with the native client.

I would recommend Plesk over Hsphere. (if your going dual OS)

Start your host hunt in the offer section. By a thorough research find some host according to your needs. Come here with your short list and ask for reviews. That is the better way instead starting with straight recommendations.

http://www.psoft.net/resellers.php can help you find a number of H-Sphere based hosting providers (most of them providing both Linux and Windows based hosting, but check to make sure).
