XLHost [my support issue]


Hi,

Just wanted to stop people to become they target of scamming and reported this right now while my server is with them and they dident answer me when it get down about 2 days ago until now ...

People, DONT EVER TRUST THEM !!

They prices are cheap but they are totally Untrustworthy!!!

You could pay more than that to have a real server not 15 days a month server !!!

In case of knowing my issue:
I have bought one of they september offer server, its a core2due 2.13Ghz and 2GB RAM and 2 x 160GB HDD about 14 days ago and my server is now down like 48 hours or more and I have placed 4 - 5 tickets now with every language I know either respectful or swearing, and no answer at all !!

they simply ignored my tickets, they live chat is mostly offline (maybe online only 2 - 3 hours a day)

and I have no choice of having control on my server, even the reboot port is a ticket placer as emergency priority and actually no one answer you or even read you ticket !!

Guys, you better dont fall in they scamming program by seeing they cheap prices and being tempted.

Feel sorry for your bad experience mate. The best thing seems to get them through phone and ask them what is happening. Have you tried that.

Those bas**ds has just removed my server now !!

They said we e-mailed you some phishing reports and you dident reply !!!

and just like that, they removed my server !!!!

so simple !!!

People, if there is anyway to do something, i would really appreatiae taht ...

am shaking now, cant type well...

those scammers sh*t just removed my server with no reason after 4 years working with no problem with any webhosting company !!

I cant believe it ... god knows how to work this out with them !!

I swear if I was in US, right now I was in police station to make a case for them !!!

Cant believe what they have done to me !!!

Latest News:

Saeed Kharazan, which is the owner of XLHost and he is iranian too, just like me, He personally called me and changed everything!

He turned on my server and appologized to me, he was a great man and I have to say sorry about saying that they scammers.

But still have this problem, they are really weak in support as I told him also.

We decided at this point that we could no longer provide you with the kind of technical support we strive to provide all of our customers with this sort of hostile, and berating language being sent to our staff.

Now the user began communicating with our staff on the live chat function on our website (we have those logs as well), and issued a payment dispute request via PayPal.

Your server was down for less than 24 hours total and the only reason it was down in the first place is because you ignored our repeated requests which were sent multiple times over the span of three days to try to get you to remove material which was violating the DMCA, and a bevy of phishing sites.

I realize that your server being down may have impacted your business, but pretty much everything you said in the statement I quoted is wrong, except for the fact that we did disconnect your server.

Yes, so very simple. Multiple DMCA and phishing requests were sent to you over the span of 72 hours and completely ignored. Meanwhile, we continued getting more and more reports about your server.

I'm not sure at what point you take any responsibility for your own business.

Yes, as we all found out you did indeed file a dispute with PayPal after repeatedly violating our terms of service and ignoring our requests to cease.

I have to assume that The Planet has an acceptable use policy and or terms of service which is similar to ours. I am really not exactly sure how that course of action is going to solve the inherit problem of you simply ignoring your responsibility that you agreed to when you signed up for our service.

We do not simply disconnect people because we like losing revenue/customers that is counter intuitive to our goals. We disconnect people when there is no indication that an issue is going to be resolved by any other means.

You seems so smart.

Im not that lucky and smart to have a copy of your live chat answers and the way you answered me.

Answer me something:

1. Did you even made a ticket to letting me know about the phishing site ?

2. If you are a professional in this job, you might know sometimes your customers might have anti spam systems on they e-mail account and it might be the reason of transferring your report email to spam box by system and mostly no body pay attention to spam box, so you could even make a ticket or even call me if you really care about your customers !!!!

3. what will you do if you had a server for more than 4 years and you were an administrator of so many friend's servers and you never had any problem with any company and after that 4 years experience you find you server disconnected in a new company which you just transferred your server to, and no body even reply your tickets and phone calls , and whenever you try to call them, no one will be available because they working ours is not suitable to your normal ours ... then what about technical support ?? and what do you call technical support as well ? servers should stay OK and show they problem when your working hours turn up ? so, if you dont know this, i will tell you that machines are not that smart to work this out and wait until you come to your office and then they show the problem and get down or something ...

listen XLHost, you should try to work something out, you people know that your support is not much helpful and you dont have enough persons to handle your customers as I told Mr.Kharazi as well and there are too many more problems with you which is non of my business and I dont care if you deal with them or not !

Im not gonna fight with you or try to say that I was right or whatever, but I wish you the same moment I had because of what you did to me, and then we will see what will you use as language to talk to someone who doesnt support you and someone who doesnt know how to take responsibility of his job even ... and you know what I mean. God knows what I said and why I said that ... I dont care if you come here 100 more times and make 100 answers against my every single posts, because you are the one who knows what you did to your customer

P.s. what will you do if you were in my place ? you will stand like an idiot and will say, ok hell with my money, let scammers enjoy it ? believe me you will not! that money is important to me as much as its important to you and other companies. otherwise why they work for it ? in that moment, you were a scammer in my opinion and there was no way for me to believe that you are not ! so, you could understand the moment I had and the facts ...
