I have been looking on the forums for a free billing and ticket system. I have found one but I want to know if there's anymore that I might of missed. I have been on the hunt for a while. Any help would be great!

Well, I had WHMCS for 3 months and its been slow and paying for a server hurts when gas prices are high. I was trying to use WHM Pilot but for some reason only the admin works. I reinstalled it two times but it the client area doesn't work.

Try phpcoin and solid-state. Also you can accept orders by using a form mailer together with a whois script. And track customers by a database software. This is a more simple solution for small or medium sized companies.

I'm trying to find the old one I used. but I don't remember what the name is. All I know is it was blue lol. It looked just like SupportSuite. But I just can't find it. If anyone knows what im talking about please link me.

Its better to keep two things separate, get whoiscart for $35 one time fee and use any of the free help desk that you may like.
