I have

WHM 11.23.2 cPanel 11.23.6-R27225
CENTOS Enterprise 5.2 i686 on virtuozzo - WHM X v3.1.0

In the case of creat any .htaccess
The user gets forbidden

ex:
if i will redirect bl3x.com >>> bl3x.com/vb
forbidden massage appear
if delete .htaccess the page run without any problem
this problem appear with any .htaccess in any page

What is wrong and how do I fix it?

thnx i know what is the proplem
only add or activate
mod_rewrite in httpd.conf

[HardLayers]

Make sure the directive

<Directory "/">
in httpd.conf

doesn't have
AllowOverride None

in it
this will not allow any .htaccess es
