Plesk to CPanel

Hello,

We have a linux hosting customer and he hosted in a plesk server and he need to transfer him site to our server.
We downloaded my customer plesk backup on our server. But we dont know how can restore it, because its not a zip or tar file!
Please help me for resolve this issue.
We dont have any ssh or root access to plesk server too!

If you have root access, you can use transfer wizard in WHM.

Login to WHM using root. Under Transfers, click on Copy an account from another server.

What the last poster is saying is that in order to do a restore, you must have root access. Pretty much you need to have a dedicated server. if you are a reseller, you will need to contact your website and ask that they do the restore becyase you will be unable to do so.
