Not a good start with Jaguar PC

I've tried to restore my database via SHH. I kept getting memory timeout errors and lost connection. I contacted them and they told me I needed more RAM. So I added 128mb to my 224mb. Now I have a total of 352mb, which is much more than my previous host with cpanel. I keep getting the same errors and now my plesk is now down with the following error

"Service is not available now, probably your Plesk is misconfigured.
Contact Your provider for details."

Ticket responce are sometimes quick and sometimes very slow, 12+hours. Currently waiting for a responce to a ticket I submited 4 hours ago

I've also noticed a resource outage, the whole time, since and before the ram upgrade. Is this what is causing the issue?

I hope everything goes okay. I don't want to regret switching to Jaguar

On the graph you've provided, the issue is you're maxing out the memory.

It's been like that when I got there and it's still like that when I can't even acess my own domain panel. So I'm not running anything that maybe causing this

Is there anyway I can check what is causing the heavy load via Virtuozzo?

I just got another e-mail. Here is what it says

"Sorry for the delay in response, I have checked and your server is constantly hitting the Qos parameter for privvmpages and need to add additional RAM, Because the RAM usage is still under the rquirement and will have to get more to stabilize the server. Please advice.

let us know for further assistance."

I don't understand. With my previous host I had 320mb ram of memory and I was able to restore/back up and run my forum with out any issues. I was also running CPANEL, which I believe is more ram consuming. Or maybe I'm wrong?

Does it really take 500mb of ram to restore a 90mb sql file?

My experience with Cpanel on 370mb has been bad, That's why i switched to Directadmin and it dose the job with less ram usage.

Can you access the shell command line and view the processes that are eating up the ram? You could try killing those processes to lower the ram. I also have one VPS with JaguarPC (Test VPS) and have been very disappointed with support responses and times. I remember when I first signed up with them that responses would be within 15 minutes and now i'm waiting for about an hour.

Maybe they've gotten so big, but have not properly increased staffing

If you will pm me, or send me an email to sales@jaguarpc.com ATTN: Jim, we will get this fixed for you. One of our Level2 techs will have close look at the settings on you vps.
