    Create (or find using Google) a script that will parse the text file using regular expressions or regex. [\w]+@[\w]+.[\w]{2,3}

    The program supports wildcards, so just throw all of your text files in a directory and run it....I've used similar programs in the past to do this, but I can't remember the name of them. This is the closest I could find to what I used to use.

    Yeah, you can rename all the txt file with .csv and then you can open them in excel and then you can search & extract the exact data using wild characters.

    Some Applications support features to extract the email from text data for Mailing purposes. Typically these are for Mass Mailing News or for similar use.
    If your objective is one time, we may downlaod their free trial versions and use to extract your data.

    Hope this helps.

    Actually, this is the tool I use... I'm not sure if they are both the same, except for a name change.

    This is from the same company: http://www.bumpersoft.com/Internet/E...w_58_index.htm

    I use Mail Extractor 1.6 since several years ago and its flawless. The best of all, ITS FREE!
    The online links point to a Mail Subscriber thing that has nothing to do with the real Mail Extractor. I searched on my old files and uploaded it to WUPLOAD for sharing:

    Hope you find it useful as I do!
