Your not going to find an unmetered UK VPS with those specs with your current budget. You'll need to raise your budget.

How much unmetered banwidth do you need (1,2,5,10,100mbps)?

add at least another £8 month when you consider you want cpanel. You would need to specify more on the badnwdith also

10mbps uplink would do

I think your options will be quite limited for getting a UK VPS meeting those requirements for under £20. I think cheapvps are still doing their "double everything" offer (check the offers forums) so you should be able to get the 768MB for under £20 and they have a very good reputation, but I'm not sure that will meet all your requirements.

If you can find a company that will give you 3-4 IPs you will probably be required to justify your usage. UK is not as cheap as US, you may need to consider raising your budget.

By the way, what do you mean when you say your funding source was disconnected?

Why not take a look at your usage and see if you can actually put a figure on how much bandwidth you need, then you are more likely to find what your looking for, especially if you for something that is burstable to your 786 RAM rather than guaranteed.

But don't forget the cost of cPanel which is £5 - £10 a month.

Not such a good compromise to make if 768MB is what you need on a regular basis. Burst and guaranteed RAM have their names for very good reasons, you should not rely on burst being present and it's a bit of a gamble to run a system that requires more memory than is guaranteed, you will see out of memory errors if the hardware node gets busy and/or the host mismanages. Use burst only to take care of spikes.

Well the VPS RAM Usage was at 92% when I checked in cPanel when we had 512MB.

Our bandwidth is a bit trickey, since the site might be hosting one of many parts of a multimedia site, which constantly has two or three people listening to the live music stream at 64kbps - might be considering to raise this due to streaming problems at the client's end.

We won't need 3-4 IPs, two or one will do.

About 1£k of our funding was used by our supported to aid their financial difficulty.

£30+ per month would be far more realistic, even then you'd need to put figure to the bandwidth.
