    Question Motherboard Recommendations - OpenVZ

I bought a dual socket F motherboard and having a hard time getting OpenVZ to run on it. I'm wondering if the board is compatible. It's a Tyan S2932 and the OpenVZ kernel crashes on it. (2.6.24 kernel)

    I've flashed the latest bios.

So - thinking about returning the MB and getting something else. What MB is compatible with OpenVZ?

    Specs:

2 socket F for quad core opterons.
    16 momery slots.

    Thanks in advance

Not sure of any specific motherboards but OpenVZ does give a list of qualifying chipsets:

For Intel boards, do look up the Intel server motherboards that
have Virtualization support in the BIOS, something like VT
support. Enable it in the BIOS and if possible compile the
stock v2.6.26 kernel w/ the OpenVZ patch applied.

I'm using AMD boards. But would you use 2.6.26 with standard OpenVZ patch or would you download the latest GIT release of the 2.6.26 version?
