Newbie question about billing

Hi folks!

After two years of running my own developer2developer site, I'm considering of getting involved in reseller business. Allthough I have tried to study the issue hard, there are some "black holes" I haven't found answers. I would appreciate all the help you guys can give..

One of the greatest concerns are billing related questions. Most reseller programs seem to offer some sort of an integrated billing system, but are they customisable ? I live in the EU-area, so it is important that the currencies and VAT's could be localized (ie: currency = euro, multiple VAT percentages). Also, what happens If I like the host, but not the billing solution they offer ? Do I have to use their solution, can I choose something else (even sending them traditional paper bills) or am I forced to leave off?

Mainly I've been interested in MatrixReseller (because of their asp.net support and good reputation), but I've also tried to search for more "europe-oriented" resellers (with no luck, unfortunately). If you have any comments, knowlegde etc, it's more than wellcome.

Thanx 4 all the answers.
