Does anyone know of a mod_rewrite or similiar that will rewrite cpanel temp urls to remove the tilde so instead of

http://server.com/~account

it will be

http://server.com/account

Yes, this has to be possible for finding no documentation anywhere on the net.

You would need to directly modify your apache configuration and then run the config distiller. ( http://www.cpanel.net/support/docs/e...irectives.html )
