I was wondering if anyone knows of any outsourced support options out there that provide telephone support, live chat, and/or ticket support.

TouchSupport, BobCares. I think LogicSupport does live chat + ticket, but not telephone.

Do you care if the company is US based or India based?

BTW, touchsupport isnt accepting new server admin customers as far as i know. That kind of goes in hand with quality support. So I wouldnt really list them as an option anymore.

Finding a quality company that fulfills your needs. I havent found one yet.

Outsourced support is all about getting good communication + technical skills.. For more there are ample of threads in WHT regarding outsourcing support .
