A seperate source file for the logo if possible as well as the template.

I probably should have worded it better. I mean that if possible I want the logo in a seperate PSD so that I can use it in emails, my letterhead and so on

Normally someone would use there own personal logo.
But i'm sure i have the PSD of that logo so you can use it. I'll check when i get home.
