Hey guys, I am a webmaster in Hawaii and recently had a massive server upgrade. This was a hugely complicated process, and my host, HIVELOCITY.NET seriously came through for me. Without any BS extra billing or attitude, they spent 30 days, patiently dealing with my frustrated emails, and ignorance. After 3 years of insanely positive support, they just kicked it over the edge and proved to me that they are the only host I need indefinitely. I have adult and non-adult sites and have required very intensive support. HIVELOCITY has never tried to tell me "thats not within the scope of our support" like so many other hosts have. (EV1) They always resolve my problems without telling me " I need to learn shell better" or "you need to consider a managed hosting plan or a sys admin" I've heard this from so many BS hosts, it has driven me mad. So I thought i would help everyone looking for a reliable server and post here about my positive experience.

So you are a customer with them for more than 3 years now?

Yes they have been there for me for a while now. I was really worried about this upgrade, thank God it went ok.

I am extremely happy to hear this since I had a long history (in and out) with them. I was honestly jinxed with them, but I have to admit the managers and support (most of them minus 1) were great.

I hope your account manager was Dave..he's a really great guy.

I parted with HL on good terms..and It's great to see theyre doing good and making their customers happy.

Congratulations to you and to HL for doing better every day !

I have said it before and i will say it again, Hivelocity is awesome. Any time I have ever needed a hand with something they have been there. Great company to work with!

I've actually never heard of Hivelocity.net.

I'll definitely check them out now.

I agreed! I am not their customer but I can tell some good things about them here:
when I was looking for dedicated server they replied all my questions even added me to their msn list, They were very very helpfull! I really appreciated for their efforts! Hope to work with you guys in future!
