Q. How many clients do you host per server?
A. On our reseller servers we only host 10. We have the ram and the bandwidth to hold more but we like to leave space just incase any customers wish to upgrade their plans in the future.
Q. What if one of your plans does not satisfy my needs?
A. We do our best to aid every potential customer and if that means a custom plan then thats it. We offer custom plans on request through either a support ticket or an email. We guarantee to price a custom plan within 12 hours.
Q. Are your servers UK Based?
A. Yes all of our servers are UK based. If your target is the "Members Of The UK" you and your customers will notice a difference in speeds!
Q. How long does it take to answer support tickets?
A. Support tickets are answered within 2 hours of them being recieved by our support system.
Q. Do you offer third party support?
A. We believe that your customers are your own so you should support them. We do not offer third party support nor will we ever contact your customers.
Server Configuration
Our reseller servers are powered by Core 2 Duo Intel E4500 2.2 Ghz, each equipped with 2 GB of high-performance memory giving you the best web hosting experience. Our resources are completely redundant to the needs of our customers we do not over-pack our servers, so you can be sure that your website will be fast performing and highly responsive.
The servers are located in Maidenhead which is less than 25 miles outside of London and are connected via a 100mbps connection! Each Hard Disk we have on each server can hold 1TB of information including operating system so if you need to upgrade your shared hosting disk space we can do this easily!
We do not backup your customers websites! We only backup websites which we directly deal with. Please advise your customers to use cpanel every day to make backups.
