Unbelievable!

That is all i have to say.
I have had an issue with my server for about a week and all guides and sites i found did not help me resolve my issue. So turn to this great and wonderful site where people offer excellent advice, however nothing tops over the help i have recieved from steadcom.com tech. He replied to my question and offered to help me for free, i have no hosting with them, and it was not done through ticket system or email, it was done live, through aim.

he is known as zwtint and he walked me trough and fixed my problem.

I highly recommend steadcom.com as a hosting provider as the have very competiteve plans and excelelnt support which can be done through ticketing system or live chat.

That is pretty darn impressive! I do have to say that I've run into more helpful people on these forums then almost anywhere else.

Any supporting evidence from their direct clients? Come and join that will make this thread interesting. They are having some good reviews here. One thing to note is that they always respond quickly in the forums too if anything related to them appears here.

after that problem was fixed, Andrew Neill went on trying to fix another issue which my providers error. After seeing that level of support i just switched to steadcom altogether, so far all i can say is: if you want hassle free hosting, these guys are more than up to the task, friendly, fast and knowledgeable!

They certainly are a very friendly and efficient support. They resolved me problems with service as unmmaged I highly recommend them.
