Need US Merchant $750k/Mo Digital Goods
I have processing history of approx 15months of processing history with a total gross of over 2million. My account is still active, althought I believe I need some more room as far as chargebacks go. According to the control panel for the merchant account, I've had around 1% chargeback rate throughout the duration of the account. I am with a banking institution here in the US. Fully incorporated etc and have perfect credit. I need an account that will allow for more leeway in terms of chargeback % due to new products.
Please don't offer advice on how to reduce chargebacks, I am well versed in that area and due to the nature of the products, and being 100% digitally delivered, I don't believe there really is a way to reduce that (I have 1800# along with customer srvc reps)

There are some banks that are willing to consider many types of merchants with CB rates hovering around 1%. What kind of digital products are we talking about? E-books, bizop, adult?

Well, without knowing what you are selling, it's hard to say what you're going to be able to use. Certain providers are built specifically for certain industries.
You can TRY CCbill, but you probably won't have much luck there either. I know their rates are astronomical, or at least that's what I've been told.

With that level of volume and potential chargeback percentage it's much better to be considering a direct MID over CCBill.

Direct MID?
I sell e-books.

I am willing to pay for a successful lead. If someone can help me get processing so I can leave my current institution (Suntrust merchant services), I'd be willing to pay around $5k or so.

There is no reason to pay for a lead; this is a great way to get information as is Google. With your chargeback rate around 1%, that is not out of the normal for E-books. Since you are incorporated already that is the major expense. I take it you have registered with Visa for the digital downloads as well. You will pay a little bit of a higher rate for your account but it will give you more room in the chargeback threshold area. I would suggest looking for a high risk processor or someone who has good traction with the processing bank. Your volume warrants a second look at your account even with 1% in chargeback’s.

A number of companies will be able to set up with a Direct MID for USD processing. Your best option may be an international account with better CB support rather then a US bank directly.

Using Google and searching for "high volume merchant account" or "high risk merchant account" will provide you with many companies. Most will be able to provide third party processing, but you will want a direct account and a few of the larger more established companies can provide this.

There have been several people that have responded to your post today that can help you out. The reason why no one can mention there name for you to call them is because Webhostingtalk does not allow self promotion. I would recommend looking at the peoples profile on here that have helped you and search Google and do some homework on the people you find before you commit.

Yea that's pretty much the reason why we are so non-specific around here. What most do is provide general answers and use signatures, which is good since it keeps the forum from being overly commercial in nature.
By the way I agree with Risk Dept above that an international account will be more friendly toward your CB ratio, particularly in Europe and particularly with Visa cards.

Deutsche Bank would be the bank to use for EU processing. (Not using POGO) You would have to pay a registration fee and a fee for a background check... But this will be small peanuts to give you the ability to have a high threshold for chargeback’s and great customer care.
