Need advice for high risk ecommerce
I need someone to tell me how to have a couple of high risk businesses without getting shut down.
How do sites like rapidshare, thepiratebay, or watch-movies.net get away with it? what about a site like highreplica.com?
I need a good host, good payment processor, maybe merchant account. Please, any advice, let me know.

All high risk merchant account providers should be able to handle similar websites to those. As long as all the products and/or services are preformed/delivered and you have a low charge back rate you won't have to worry about getting shut down.

The first you need to have is a excellent business record and the same level of credit history with your bank. The key point of any high rick merchant account is to avoid chargebacks. But there is no merchant provider that would offer charge back protection without a proof of zero fraud numbers on your side.

High Risk Account
The way that those companies keep a merchant account is b having a good track record with limited chargeback’s. If you are just starting out with a new company like this you have to have a decent amount of capital. The bank that picks you up will require three months of bank statements to make sure you can support chargeback’s if they do happen. You will pay a higher rates then a non high risk business. The rates will be around 4.50% to 8.50% depending on what you’re looking for and if you have to go offshore for the account.

It seems like you have a few options going in different directions on the HIGH risk end. I would make sure the website is designed very nice and you have a supplier that you can count on before looking for an account.

Look for a merchant provider that can offer in-house risk monitoring and underwriting.

what you mean inhouse risk monitoring, there are fraud scrubbing services people pay for and they are not in house but they are purchased for low prices to handle xx numbers of transactions monthly.
underwriting solution is not an easy thing to get what exactly underwriting services you need?

Most gateways or payment processors will provide you with this, although two companies I see information about are "Maxmind" and "vfraud."

Fraud screening
Not sure about vFraud but Maxmind are very good although they are limited to their GeoIP technology.
There are many more parameters to monitor and screen than GeoIP.

There are parameters such as negative databases, device fingerprinting and so forth that is necessary to have a fully covered screening solution.

High Risk
The two main banks for offshore accounts are St. Kitts and Deutsche Bank. I would suggest start looking at these two banks since most off shore merchant providers use them,as long as you have a strong relationship with the bank and decnet volume then the chargeback threshold tends to be higher.
