We are using paypal for recurring payments, although some customers are having issues with Paypal. Our low-end plan starts at $1.28/month so the commission should be reasonable for such a small amount. Suggestions?

Is 1.28 for a monthly subscription a competitive rate for your industry? It seems so low, I'd actually consider raising your price points a bit if you haven't tried it already. Will open your processor options up by quite a bit at the very least.

WorldPay is a great option, just make sure you locate one that will handle what you are looking for. Some third parties listed above can not handle the recurring payments
