Been stable as hell (except for those two days detailed in the outages thread this month, got a SLA refund painlessly) for a while, no latency problems or anything, running a decent amount of gameservers (CS/CSS/COD4/TF2 mainly). IPMI for free is a huge plus.



Support tickets are answered within minutes, staff are competent and helpful.

I know Karl runs a tight ship and many are satisfied with his services. But in all honesty it's funny how people word things, and your post caught me as pretty funny.

Just to clarify, there were two days with issues, not down for two days.
