What exactly do you define as "premium bandwidth"?
Once you clarify this request a bit I am sure you will get more helpful responses.

What kind of site are you looking to have hosted?
With a bit more information you'll get allot more insight into what hosts can offer.

why on earth would anyone recommend godaddy.com to someone searching for premium anything?
Godaddy is good for registering domains and thats about it.
As to your request for premium bandwidth I still dont understand what you mean by premium bandwidth. This could mean any number of things to different people. Could mean Tier 1 Providers, could mean premium as in you want it available all the time, could mean premium as in dedicated to you and you only.
Also a more detailed description of what you are doing would probobly get you more detailed responses from knowledgable individuals as to which way you should point your mouse and credit card

They certainly do not have a reputed name in the hosting industry. they have a reputed name in the domain registry industry. Do some research cheema before you go recommending things, advertising things or giving advice on things. You dont want foot in mouth syndrome.
@Looking4servers - without knowing exactly what you are doing, a general recommendation I would make is to go to the Shared hosting offers, find a deal you like, search the webhosting forum for the company name and reviews. Then if all still seems well after that go to the company website, check out the TOS, SLA's, and speak with the sales team. You can also check out many company's network providers and do searches on them to see if they fall under your "premium bandwidth" need.
That is the only recommendation I can make though with you being so general about what premium bandwidth means to you. And what exactly your using the bandwidth for.

I would suggest you don't rush into it.. Talk to several hosts, find out what they can offer you, and see if it was what you want..
If you rush into it and make the wrong choice your going to be kicking yourself later.

Do you have a specific location in mind? What will the site be used for?
Many providers have a premium network and can offer what your looking for, finding the right one that suits your exact needs is the hard part, so providing a little more information about your plans will be helpful in recommending a provider.

Exactly my thoughts on the subject, and I don't know that I'd register any domains with GoDaddy anyways.

I agree, I could give you some good answers if I knew exactly what you were after. If I were you, I'd pick the datacenters that you feel offer "Premium Bandwidth" and then search for hosts that have servers in those datacenters. I can't really advise much beyond this without knowing more about what you actually want and what you consider premium bandwidth.

Have you used GoDaddy hosting before - were they fantastic for you? If not you should not recommend them at all. Besides - GoDaddy offers just about the worst hosting you can find based upon the reviews and threads I have read here, imho I'd never sign up with them for hosting.

That's a very good amount of money to pay for hosting, you realistically shouldn't have any trouble finding a host in this range, as for what you consider premium bandwidth - I'm still not sure.
LiquidWeb, Gigenet, SoftLayer, FDC are some of the better DCs that I am aware of - obviously you would want to stay away from Burst - other than that I don't know really what else to tell you.
