NY/Iternap Gaming Server

I'm trying to find a vps in the NY area that uses Internap. I have low spec requirements, a small VPS would be fine.

Linux is fine, budget depends on what it is. But i have extremely low demands for the server. Very low bandwidth, about 20-25KB/sec, very little disk space. I need a high quality connection in NY using Internap though.

Thenynoc is probably something you're wanting to aim towards, they're fast and would do you.

You could probably grab a cpanel vps and use the cpanel game server management for ease of use, but they don't use internap - although they use level3, which I'd preffer to have over internap, but that's just me.

VPS and Game Servers are NOT a good idea.

Why? I have very low requirements. 200 MB Ram, only 10 players, 15-20KB/sec, low end gaming setup, i just need a good connection.

That is correct, VPS's would not make very good Gaming Servers. You would most likely get suspended or notified about high CPU usage.

Also game servers rely on proper time keeping. A VPS can't service those requirements and the game server will almost certainly run poorly.
