Normal CPU temp for E7200?

If you ever had a server with a E7200 CPU in it, what's the normal temperature when the server was idle? I have servers with E6XXX 65nm CPU and they seem to be cooler. They are both 1U.

Temperatures vary from 62-90 C. The 45nm CPUs are cooler and less power
hungry, go for them.
