    Fee to leave GoDaddy?

No. You just pay your new Registrar whatever they charge for the transfer of the domain.

No fee to leave, however they will make you hard to leave them.

Verisign is the one known to scam people. They got ahold of GoDaddy's database around summer time.

There is no fees for transfer, you only have to pay for new host.

zoli, not true. I moved 20+ domains out of GoDaddy recently. No problems at all.

Why are you leaving GoDaddy anyways?

timechange, I was just talking from my own experience... I have only moved 2 domains from them but needed to send at least 5 mails until they finally let my domain "go". They were speaking about tehnical problems, but I think they just didn't want to loose me and my domains...
