So? I don`t really understand your problem.
If clients have free time, they write posts, if not, they don`t. I`m not going to force them to write opinions.
Lets talk in next month. You`ll see our quality.
I can understand that someone has being scamming as ovh reseller few months ago, but we are truly reliable company with good intentions. It`s a little seek situation.
This is business, and I think that every business man won`t loose his chance to be highest and most reliable.
Lots of people has trusted us, their opinions are most wanted for us, not by people who has bad experience with other companies. We`re doing our job, best as we cam and we are going to prove that Qualla Netorks makes great job for their actually and future clients.
kind Regards.

yeah well looking back at zibbix and you, there's a lot similar type of things
1: servernames, yours are 'Q.1001', 'Q.2002', their were 'D.01', 'D.02'... same pattern, eh?
2: both nicknames, Qualla and Pils regged May 2008
3: similar activity after registration: help people at forums, then start your "own company"
4: usage of ":-)" and ";-)" smilies which appear posts made by Pils and Qualla
5: same type of "Kind Regards" and "Best Regards"
6: offer was posted by 'Johnatan', e-mails gets answered by the manager Albert Peul. However, exact same type of typing, smilie usage, "Sir" usage, etc.
7: continuing, if you check zibbix support responses here and here and here you can see exact same type of answering from Qualla, like "Kind Regards" and "Best Regards"
8: in this post Johnatan makes a request to write to the manager. however, he has exact same type of typing what we see replies from the manager itself
others:
* usage of ` instead of ', which we can see from zibbix also
* company not in register
* trying to convince people about they, "we are true company", "we are legal"
* they have been business in 7 months, yet they dont have any kb article?
* here is more coupons posted, and in here coupons aren't anymore. however, the code Q11WHT is still working
* "Sir" usage which no one else uses. see here for Qualla and here for zibbix
also nice try to cover your tracks.
Pils is recommending LeaseWeb
Quala is speaking bad about LeaseWeb
also many other things... just stay away.

first of all, ovh does not allow their resellers to resell to customers from countries which are not supported at ovh by default. they've said that all accounts which has been sold to users from country they don't want to do business with, will get suspended.
secondly, this all looks pretty much like zibbix scam scheme, high setup fees, easy way to collect money and disappear. so if you decide to order make sure to use payment method which offers a easy charge-back, just in case.

Has anyone bought any servers from these guys yet?
Qualla:
Can you provide any further proof that you guys won't just up and disappear after a month or so. I have to say that after reading this post, it all sounds very fishy especially since you guys don't even have a registered number in France itself!

Hi all,
I bought a server from them, and yes, I got the box just fine with all the details from OVH. I'm also worried about what happen to it next month or the month after it. Well, I've prepaid for three months with them, we'll see whether I'll lose out my money or not ... But I'll certainly will update you guys on a month or two after this.

I ordered a server 2 nights ago with them. Was told it would be up within 12-24 hours, then last night (~28 hours after placing the order) a ticket was created asking if I wanted DirectAdmin for free but I was out all day so couldn't reply. Apprantely this slowed down them giving me the server as I'm still waiting.

Ok, here the calculation:
from OVH:
the celeron 2.0 cost €24.00 per month
qualla sell it at:
€15.00 + €75.00 of setup fee
24 - 15 = 9 per month
75 / 9 = 8 month
So qualla will not earn any penny from the first 8 months and start loosing €9.00 per month from the 9th month.
Are your guys so naive!!!
Really hope your guys could keep the box from qualla at least 8 months... Also hope your guys can charge back at any time...

You should read my post on page 3.
That math isn't entirely accurate.

Btw, just noticed the post doesn't specify the server, it's the Q.8008, that costs 120 euro.Last edited by WaferVPS; 07-25-2008 at 03:58 PM.

There is a fundamental difference. They will be making a profit on the month payments alone, without counting the setup fees.

They get box from ovh at : €24 - 15% = €20.40 and they sell you at €15.00 correct so how could they make profit?

I specified that the machine I was talking about was the Q.8008, which costs 120 euro from OVH. Which after 18% (15 + 3 from fidelity account) costs 98.4 euro, and that they sell at 120 VAT included.
Even the cheapest machine costs 20 euro on OVH, but with 18% discount costs only 16.4 euro.
And I'm using the prices from OVH without VAT because they probably have a VAT number.
I'm not sticking out for them, but some of the worries people have presented here are a bit overstated.

well i am still absolutely sure that this is scam, too many similar things.
and for those people who says they have gotten their boxes, yes but for how long time?
again a simple math to get you people understand how this scam works.
ovh does not have any setup fee
price per month is 24 euro
qualla will charge you 75 euro for setup
qualla will charge you 15 euro per month for Q.1001 box
let's count the costs for 4 month, both for ovh and qualla.
total sum, which you will pay as ovh customer:
1 month - 24 euro
2 month - 24 euro (total paid: 48 euro)
3 month - 24 euro (total paid: 72 euro)
4 month - 24 euro (total paid: 96 euro)
total cost after 4 month as ovh customer: 96 euro
total sum, which you will pay as qualla customer:
1 month - 75e setup + 15 month, 90 euro total
2 month - 15 euro (total paid: 105 euro)
3 month - 15 euro (total paid: 120 euro)
4 month - 15 euro (total paid: 135 euro)
total cost after 4 month as qualla customer: 135 euro
i guess few people has already gotten the "ahhh" feeling.
the big point being is: qualla will probably let you use your box for 1-2 month, to get more customers and to trying convice people they are legal. then they will disappear.
again one simple math.
if qualla disappears after ...
1 month they will make profit: 66 euro
2 month they will make profit: 57 euro
3 month they will make profit: 48 euro
4 month they will make profit: 39 euro
they are losing their profit per month, but if the original idea is to disappear after 1-2 month...
the profit has calculated with formula:
qualla costs per month - ovh = profit
so eg. as qualla customer your first month will cost you 90 euro but as ovh customer only 24. 90 - 24 = 66 euro.
say they are in the business for 2 month and disappear, they will make profit 57 euro per customer.
say they will get about 40 customers, that is 40 * 57 = 2280 euro. not bad...
this can be done very easily since:
* ovh does not have setup fee
* ovh has the possibility to sign contract one month at a time
because of the high setup fee they can really get you box and you feel comfortable, but someday, somewhere, ....
so, even though you get your box now, be prepared you won't be having it after 4 months. and even after 4 months, they will still make profit 39 euro.
how do i know this? say 15+ years experience on internet usage.
youve been warned.

probably it won't even last for 1 month, last time zibbix made a scam, disappeared in less than a month.
example, for 100 kimsufi boxes, it's over 6000euros of gain. which is the reason why ovh is implementing order limit to 2 servers per month/user, there's too many scams at ovh, because servers are very affordable/attractive.
wht staff might want to look into this matter in detail, before the damage is made again.Last edited by xtrac568; 07-26-2008 at 04:17 PM.
