IPs of what? I said I was waiting for it to be set up
Anyway, the problem was resolved. Apprantely, they 'thought' they sent me an email with the server details in, so they re-sent it after a I made a ticket (I got impatient and threatened to file a chargeback if I didn't receive it within 12 hours).
I would be taking out another server with these guys if it wasn't for your sceptical minds - thanks!

Hey guys. Qualla.net is a scam.
I purchased a server from them a few days ago.
Everything was going great until I lost access to my server.
At first I thought I got hacked.
Qualla hasn't responded to support tickets since the server went down.
Turns out Qualla is a scam and this guy named Albert Peul took the money and ran.
The servers this guy sells are hosted by ovh.com.
At this point I don't even expect to get my money back. All I can do is help you learn from my lesson and stay away from this guy.
Peace.Last edited by r3xx; 08-09-2008 at 01:06 AM.

Hi r3xx, there's slim chance paypal going to refund you, if you paid with credit card, just go straight to your credit card lender, they'll fight for you better than paypal!

Good news, I got my money back.
For future reference, whenever you're checking out hosting companies, do a dns check on their domain name to see when it was registered. If it hasn't been in business for 3-5 years, avoid it.
