Can anyone recommend an app (preferably php/mysql but would accept ASP) that can be used for a list server or marketing e-mail server? Commercial or Open Source, doesn't matter, as long as it's easy to manage and has good support.

I've worked with PHPList a lot in the past. The interface is a little complicated but it the problem operates pretty well.
