Like Webhostingtalk.com , I like having my member show on the right side of the board.

vB has templates, which can be edited in the Admin CP...
Most of the html associated can just be changed, its very easy to just add another table, and add some content...

You might want to try vbulletin.com. Sometimes you can get help there.

This modification would not require file modifications..
All templates are in the database...
This is just HTML changes...
Hacks are file changes, template edits are just that, template edits, vBulletin.org has a template editing forum that this would be best put into...
The template your prolly wanting to edit is forumhome..

I don't know why you reply to this thread since you don't know vBulletin, and your above comment served no purpose, many things are called hacks, no mater how simple or difficult, that aspect doesn't come into play, its just a grouping...
vBulletin.com doesn't offcially support file changes, so they made another forum, vBulletin.org, for help with customizing the boards...
I'm sure you can figure out why they don't want to promote file changes on their offical site
