I have been with Hawkhost for around a year now and they are by far the best web host that I have ever had. There support is by far the best that I have ever talk with. They go the extra step, I have used the there live support over 20 times with questions and comments. Every time they answer quickly and if they did not know the answer they would do there research. They even knowingly helped troubleshoot one of my gaming servers that is hosted on another provider. If there live support is off line, I send them a email and it usually gets back to me in less then 10 mins.

I've had a reseller account with HawkHost since 2/14/2007. The server is fast, with a low load and uptime / customer service could not be better. I'm a happy camper!

Well, now that I my account has been suspended I thought I would update this post.

"Your account has been suspended due to dos attacks which unfortunately also knocked the server offline for some time until we blocked the attack. Your account unfortunately can no longer be hosted with us due to the attacks and the ever increasing load the site is now causing the server due to the increase of traffic to close to 30,000 dynamic hits a day."

"Your account has been using anywhere from 8-15% of the systems memory each day since you started seeing a massive increase in traffic. The dos attack was really the last straw and your account as now been deemed more trouble than it is worth."

I understand why they shut my account down but I was only using less then 10% of my bandwidth a month and I have 2% of my space used up. I am using less then 10% of what I paid for and this is the last straw? I'm using 8-15% of the systems memory a day when I'm only using 10% of what I paid for come on! They need to remake there packages because if you can only use 10% of what you buy then thats a joke.
