today 3ix.com logged into my ftp account and delete some files !! i thought the site is hacked but the truth my site didn't hacked ! when i asked the support team to allow me to change my ftp details from the client area he said to me " Help24x7: Well, we got complaint from SpamCop against your site and we are unable to host it "

this problem was solved long time ago and spamcup register here in the forum and said to all " im sorry the report was false" ! then 3ix.com restord my account again , why they now open this old problem !!

and here the hostcare admin said to me we are sorry the report was false ! we are going to restore your account " We just got confirmation from SpamCop that they feel the complaint was false and I have asked a 3iX Admin to restore your site, it will be live in the next 60 minutes.

Maybe you should have learned your lesson the first time they terminated you?

Its spamcop, not spamcup, which probably explains why you haven't just gone to their site and see if there are any unresolved complaints against you; which I'm assuming there are after reading how helpful they were in the last thread.

If you post your domain name, maybe we could help look into this.

What files were deleted?
If they had already terminated you once without asking any questions then perhaps you would be better going elsewhere for your hosting?

im sorry for my bad English , by the way the problem is solved now , the new stuff of the 3ix.com was thinking this problem happend today , and when im trying to explain to him this problem is already solved and senr to him the above links , they refuse to click on the links ! but the admin still remember this problem so he ask him to restore my account agian because i dont make any spam !

i dont know if some one hacked my site really or no ! but i found my index page removed and some pages also , so i asked the support team to restore my database again. any way i will say my opinion in 3ix.com its good company but if you send just one email and some one report spamcup 3ix.com will reomve your site quiqley , but in my case i restord my site because i didnot mak spam and the report to spamcup was false.

I rather doubt a host would play games like that, so it's likely someone got unauthorised access to your files/account. Mae sure your have your software up do date and change the passwords that you use.
