network wise, fastservers... price/performance, rackshack big time... rackshack's network is the best of the budget providers... the only one that doesn't go all-cogent...

just noticed fastservers has a 300GB offer... fastservers wins now... at the $99 price point, 300GB of he.net bandwidth rules... heh

not true, www.atjeu.com doesnt go all cogent, I currently have a server up with them now.. great support / speeds / prices

I think some of the confusion is that these providers don't exactly provide the same services. Some are managed, some unmanaged, so it depends on what you are looking for.
