LogicBox Directi - Quality Drop?

Do you notice a quality drop on the service provided by Directi through LogicBox system?

They do not respond on time and their system continuously goes time out for simple tasks like deleting an account.

I tried to get an answer from my contact at Directi but no answer.

Can it be because of the increased number of services and customers they are having?

Do they have any upgrade plans to make their system handled the required load with the increased number of customers?

Both.

Most problems are related to the part with the resold services like Aspire (SiteGalore).

im not sure about Aspire.. i do not buy that from them.. However i have not seen any rise in stability issue on their system.. its been the same since a while now..

what i hear from them though is that they are working on their general stability issues for the next release...

Didn't had any problems with domain registrations in the last time, can't say about other services.

For me well the domains related.. if site galore is the Web builder, is awful. I purchase one as a try the last week and cancel in less than 10 minutes.
