Can't get in to my geekstorage reseller c panel...advice please

I am wondering if any of you guys can give me some advice. I can not access my geekstorage reseller hosting panel nor will any of the sites come up on the net for me. I think everyone else can see them but I can't access them. Geekstorage says they my IP is on the allow list and I am not blocked from their end. They said it was with my ISP. I have embarq dsl. I called embarq this morning and they said that my ip was not blocked any way shape or form on their end. He was even able to pull up my cpanel and some of my sites. Also I can pinged from my computer to my control panel and it went through. I have done system restore on my machine thinking maybe windows update had caused something but that is not the case. Any advice would be greatly apprecaited. I have been with geekstorage several months and never had an issue accessing my accts. Thanks in advance.

Yes one of my site is techbydesign.org but that site is on a different reseller THANKFULLY with another hosting company.

A few of my sites on the geekstorage acct is www.4-the-luv-of-a-critter.com and www.dornelpratt.com

I want to add I just disabled my firewall on my computer and that is not the issue. I will try to disable my antivirus next to see what that does.

What control panel are you using? May the the specific ports are blocked by your ISP?

I use cpanel....and the embarq tech checked the ip for my cpanel and he said there was no block...and he was able to go to it as well. I pinged my cpanel and it pinged so I know it is going through. I am stumped...I never had an issue like this before.

Have you tried using a free proxy service to check if you can access them that way?

Why would that be the case? I have not had one issue with this service for the past 4 months. I just don't understand why it all of a sudden happened.

Nope but I will try that now. Thanks for the suggestion!

I just tried megaproxy and got this error when I typed my url for my hosting reseller

PLEASE NOTE THE ERROR DETAILS BELOW:

Unexpected error: Connection timeout

Please check your spelling. This website may also have moved, shut down, or been restricted by the
Megaproxy™ introductory service.

But when I type in an address to one of my sites hosted with geekstorage I can get it to pull up in the proxy service....I can't in IE or fire fox I get page not found.

Just as a side note, in the very top left hand corner of your webpage is this " />

And your meta content type is set to iso-8859-1
Make sure your editor you code your files to is saving to this type.
Sometimes working in a different type in your editor to what you site is set at can produce these chars on the page.

Of course it could also just be an out of place text in the HTML.

Yeah I noticed that yesterday. I looked in the source code and could not locate the extra html. It is annoying me LOL. I will get it fixed though. I am redoing my whole site in html and adding client exec. I will have a whole brand new website soon!
