"Managed Colocation" is not that hard to find... given how it has become something of an industry buzzword!
There are plenty of providers who offer it a la carte (admin time @ $xxx/hr), and a subset of providers who have made it their entire model. As serverminds mentioned though, the prices will be higher on average when compared to a "raw colocation provider" who is just selling Ping, Pipe, &Power. I think if you do the math though, and really compare the price of colo + a la carte services, with a true managed provider the deal is more than worth it. You actually pay less in the long run because you do really get what you pay for.
