What are the good, free or cheap CMS that accepts easily RSS Feeds as Content, for example, you have a New Section in front that always changes via RSS automatically.

And another thing, I recently found steadyniche.com, are there any other company or script that is cheap as my plan is just for a hobby site and no income expected, that can create a site from a specific topic...

There are many CMS scripts that can display rss feeds on the frontpage. Postnuke (now Zikula), Drupal, Joomla etc.
