I don’t know, I’m a bit against you on this one (not on the overselling of “unlimited” but on the torturing of a lowly sales agent who doesn’t set the policies of their packages). While we all know ****** is a horrible company and that unlimited anything is basically false next time take it up with the people who actually made that decision and not someone who just works for them.

While i dont believe that overselling is the way to go, i have to agree mysteerie, you are pestering a sales agent which most likely only can tell you what they offer, and has no say in any of what he sells. Same as all those pests from call-centers they only are doing their job.
I must say he did keep on trying his best to sell it, his boss should be proud

I don't entirely agree with overselling, but you shouldn't bother sales agents. They can't tell you why the business is ran the way it is, they are just doing their job.
