All-you-can-eat or al a carte
Do hosting customers generally prefer plans that have lots of stuff included at one slightly higher price
-or-
...plans that have minimal included at a lower price, but additional addons available for small fees?

Throw all the features in -- they don't cost you anything, so why charge extra for them?
But when it comes to disk space and bandwidth... there's little more annoying than using 2MB of bandwidth per month and knowing that you're paying for 5GB/month.Dr. Colin Percival, FreeBSD Security Officer

You are right cperciva. There are a lot of hosting plans. You can choose as per your requirement and budget.
