my customer want FFMpeg, but we no have this in my VPS.

If we setup PHPMotion then he have FFMpeg?

If I setup FFMpeg customer can run STREAMING? or I need setup more packages?

Please: RAM required to run FFMpeg correctly?

The best STREAMING in cPanel is FFMpeg ?

PHPMotion is just a youtube clone script, FFMPEG and the other bits and pieces you need to setup on your VPS.

If we setup FFmpeg in cPanel is possible give STREAMING only to customers selected?, Or ALL customer have STREAMING?

You can just set up a customer with ffmpeg, but some hosts also may do it for you such as phpmotion can install it on your VPS for a price. Some providers also have ffmpeg come pre-isntalled with vps hosting and more
