With that amount of setup fee, and monthly commitement, will I own the server after 5 or 6 months?

I just wanted to comment that I've found Jeffrey to be a top notch guy to deal with and that I'm very happy with my server I have with them. Pings to my server from here in Europe are absolutely delicious:

94 ms from Rotterdam, The Netherlands
104 ms from Frankfurt, Germany
158 ms from Bern, Switzerland

Had the server for just over a month now. Only reason I've had to contact support was to find out the subnet settings to add additional IP's to the server and I had my answer on that within minutes.

I'm not sure I follow you. These prices are for server leases, we do not sell equipment to customers at this time.
