Looking for video opening maker

Hi Guys,

I run a site with a lot of tech videos. We need like 15 seconds of video opening that are attractive, and techie. Something like flash intro but in high definition resolution video format 1080.

If you are able to do so, please PM me with some samples. Budget is around 150-250 depending on the work.
