why do you love your DC?

If you had to state 5 reasons that you really love your colo-provider, DC, or even your own service if you are a provider...what would it be?

Security?
Reliability?
Intelligent hands?
Really cool relax-room (games/TV/etc)?
Plenty of carriers?
A lot of power/rack?
Location?
Cool racks?
Low prices?
etc..etc...

Off the top of my head

Location - I don't like travelling far
Price - Decent price/decent service. Don't like power prices but not a lot I can do about that
IH - Save having to go to the DC to do stupid quick little jobs
Fire Suppresson kit - Don't want it all burning down
Free Coffee - 3am you need that java hit

24/7 techs onsite, 20 minutes remote hands free on each call
Techs carry cordless phones on the datacenter floor (no dealing with a tech's crappy cell phone connection + CRAC noise)
Diverse/reliable bandwidth connections and high density power when needed
Raised floor with plenty of cooling
Always parking right in front
Minimal freeway traffic (e.g. non-downtown areas)

I run a datacenter myself so I am always looking for ways to improve...

Thanks for the list so far!

How important are things like coffee? (Dirt cheap to offer...)

location - 3 miles away from my home office

access - 24/7 unescorted keyless entry

parking - located in a business park so my rack is literally steps away from most parking spots

cables - the crash cart has a ton of donated cables of every kind stuffed into the lower section so you can usually find something to fix a 3:00am problem or temporary hack without driving back home to dig thru your own stash

live cams - it's comforting to be able to see the goings-on at the DC anytime day or night.

VERY improtant! If you don't have people running around 24/7, get one of these things and keep the K-cups stocked up =)

Nice, we don't have a hot dog or popcorn machine, but we do have a surround sound video game/movie setup and redundant N+1 refridgerators.

we installed a free coke / mystery flavor fountain and a capuccino machine like at the mini marts. everyone loves them - all you drink caffeine

we also have the fridge / mirowave etc - and we provide all the free microwave popcorn you can eat.

we are also putting in by popular demand a 47 inch lcd with satellite upstairs in the new break room with a pool table and a wii - eventually we will add a motion type arcade game. will have the needed leather couches and such as well - will be nice for breaks for employees and customers.
