What theme you are running ? Try changing the theme to x theme and you should be able to view the hidden files

When you click on the file manager icon in the X3 skin. you get a little pop-up, Near the bottom of that pop-up there is an option to show hidden files.

Hi, I also wish to know the same that how can I show dot files in cpanel FTP butttt.....the problem with me is that previously I had opted to directly take me to FTP rather than showing that small box before. Now how I can I make it reappear so that I can change the settings and get the dot files showing? Thanks.

Nevermind, I got the solution. It's done by clicking small link on cPanel footer saying: "reset all interface settings"

Cheers!
