New partition

Hello,

I have migrated one raptor disk to a 4 raptor raid 10 disks.

I have asked for help twice to the datacenter.

And i have also for my support.
I was threated to being blocked from their helpdesk because they say it is a hardware issue.

I need help on 3 things:
- Is possible to just create a new partition on the not used drive ?
- Is this a software or hardware issue ?
- Can you recommend another support in case i am banned from the actual support ?

It's not an issue because it's not a problem... it's a request and unless your server is fully managed I can understand why the data center is unwilling to help.

It is possible to create a new partition of the not used drive as long as everything has been moved off of it and the server is now booting from the new setup.

I'd recommend you check in the Server Management forum and hire a system administrator to help you as partitioning drives could go horribly wrong if not done properly.

I have a full management service contracted outside of the datacenter but they say the issue is with the datacenter.

I'm assuming the data center did the migration from the single disk to the raid array for you. Partitioning a hard disk is not a hardware issue, it is a system administration task. If you management company is unwilling to help, then I would suggest finding a new company to manage your server, or find a company who is willing to complete the task as a one off request.
