Recomendations for a UK VPS node

GeekLayer is looking in to expanding in to the UK - We want to offer VPSs in the UK, but to be honest, I have no idea who people consider the SoftLayer of the UK hosting industry - Who has the best rep around WHT with reasonable(ish) pricing for something like a core2quad with 8gb ram and 2tb+ bandwidth?

    Thanks for 'ya time.

    Hi,

I suggest dropping James @ VT6 Internet an email (VT6 on the forum). I know they provide UK VPS Nodes. He did a good job for us several months back.

Also drop Rus @ A2B2 as they provide high end servers just without the management of the VZ Software.

Contact ukservers.com and enquire about their quad cores. They have a great network and brilliant servers. Mention brian from wisehosting and they will know what servers I mean

We host our own kit alongside Clook, Clustered and Gyron - all of whom use rock solid hardware in a great DC on a fantastic network.

We use both http://www.poundhost.com/ and http://www.rapidswitch.com/ before - both have rock solid networks and support.

Both of these companies are operating from the Bluesquare datacentres (see http://www.bluesquaredata.com), which are relatively new - and very rapidly growing datacentres. There are a few other providers who operate from these also.
